What's your D2C data health score?

Four questions. You get a score out of 100, a directional read on how much of your spend is being steered by numbers you can't verify, and the three fixes that apply to your specific answers — ordered by what usually moves the most money.

WHAT THE SCORE ACTUALLY MEASURES

Signal quality

Whether the platforms can actually see your conversions. Browser-only pixels lose 20–40% of events, and an unverified CAPI setup is closer to no CAPI than to a working one.

Decision basis

Which number decides where the next dollar goes. Platform-reported ROAS double-counts across channels; blended MER can't be inflated by attribution windows.

Exposure

What a wrong signal costs at your spend level. The same 10% measurement error is a rounding difference at $5k/month and a hire at $90k/month.

Already know your numbers? The ROAS & CAC calculator works out break-even ROAS and profit per order from four inputs.

What's your monthly ad spend?

Across every paid channel. This sets what a blind spot costs you, not your score.

About the data health score

What is a D2C data health score?
It is a 0–100 read on whether your paid-media decisions rest on data you can trust. Three things carry the score: whether server-side tracking is live and verified, which number you actually decide budget on, and your blended ROAS. Your ad spend band does not affect the score — it sets how much a blind spot costs you.
How is the score calculated?
Server-side tracking is worth up to 35 points, how you decide budget up to 35, and blended ROAS up to 30. Answering 'not sure' scores lowest on purpose: not knowing the number is itself the blind spot being measured. Everything is computed in your browser — you can read the exact weights in the page source.
Do I need to give account access?
No. The score comes from four multiple-choice answers, and nothing connects to your ad accounts. If you want the same three checks run against your real data, that is the free Data Blind Spot Report, which is a separate and optional request.
Is the estimated monthly leak a real number?
No, and we label it as directional. It scales the midpoint of your spend band by how far your score sits from 100, capped at 15%. It is meant to size the problem, not to price it. Only a look at your account produces a real figure.
Why does blended ROAS matter more than platform ROAS?
Each platform claims credit for conversions other platforms also claim, so channel ROAS added together routinely exceeds real revenue. Total revenue divided by total ad spend cannot be double-counted, which is why it is the number that moves with your bank balance.
