This policy explains how Ads & Scale, a brand of Source It Right Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), handles personal data collected through adsandscale.com.

What we collect

• Information you submit: when you use a contact, audit, quiz or booking form we receive what you type — typically your name, email, company, website, phone/WhatsApp number, and details about your business.
• Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We do not load Google Analytics until you accept.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver any audit or service you request (contract / legitimate interest).
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site (consent, for analytics cookies).

Who receives it

Form submissions are emailed to our team. Booking a call loads an embedded Google Calendar scheduling page, which is subject to Google's privacy policy. Analytics, if accepted, is processed by Google. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand or Canada) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
